You are cordially invited to attend NRCA's Future Executives Institute (FEI) and Executive Management Institute (EMI)
informational session and cocktail reception during the 2016 International Roofing Expo® in Orlando, Fla. You will
learn about NRCA's transformational FEI and EMI programs available to yourself or someone in your organization who you
feel would be a good candidate.
Future Executives Institute (FEI)
FEI is a leadership program specifically designed for professional roofing contractors in the early stages of leading
and managing their companies. The three-year program focuses on leading and managing roofing companies and is built
around 10 core areas essential to small-business success: management, leadership, strategic planning, human resources,
financial management, sales and marketing, roofing industry issues, risk management, family relationships and
succession, and personal development skills. FEI also provides valuable networking opportunities with industry experts
and academic authorities to help participants improve and grow within their companies.
Executive Management Institute (EMI)
NRCA's Executive Management Institute (EMI) offers seasoned roofing executives who have been leading their companies
for at least 10 years a truly unique educational experience. During the course of seven months, participants are guided
through two important topics: leadership and risk management. Students will learn from world-renowned professors and
industry experts to apply learned concepts through team exercises, providing excellent networking opportunities.
Courses for both programs are held at Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management in
Chicago—perennially the nation's top-rated executive graduate business school.
During the reception in Orlando, you will have the opportunity to speak with FEI and EMI graduates and current students
to learn more about each program's requirements, benefits and instructors.
